I have a kitchen tap that needs replacing - I have a new one just don't know how to fit it! And a leaking over-flow pipe coming from the loft. Sometimes the water trickles out but sometimes, like now it is pouring out like a water fall!
The only criticism would be that Terry's original call came at 10.30pm!! But Terry said he would come the following day & he did. Terry gave me a price (without parts) over the phone & that was exactly what he charged me. Excellent job very well done. Very friendly & efficient. I'll definitely use Terry again. Thank you Northwest Plumbing :-)

Prompt visit, amiable and knowlegable young man, identified and showed me the worn parts before and after replacement and explained clear prices. Will use again.

Ralph was just great from the very start- he couldn't be more helpful right through and was completely reliable in terms of what he did and when he said it would be done and what it would cost. He and his workmate Damo were friendly, efficient and left no mess! Thoroughly recommend them!

Taking out small radiator which is quite new so could be discounted off if the plumber would like it and putting in a new bigger radiator in but in a different place across the room the floor would also need to be replace as it would be damaged due to the size of the room and the floor boards are brittle old maybe use water proof green board would only need 3 to 4 as a small room
