Unsold Job, Updated Details : The leak has stopped at present,but the plaster around the area is damp and cracked. Original : we have had a leak from an overhead pipe in the kitchen which has been boxed in and plastered over. it has now stopped on its own, but the same thing has previously happened and we were told the leak was from an old lead pipe that has never been replaced. We would like the leaky pipe replacing so this problem doesn't recur.
i was really pleased with the fast and efficient way my job was dealt with, wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

There are three valves under the boiler a red yellow and blue the red one is leaking.

Gloworm Swiftflow 100 boiler fan is sticking, been advised that the bearings on the fan may need attention. Looking to try and repair the boiler rather than replace.
An genuine honest tradesman providing an excellent friendly service with honest transparent pricing. Will be recommending to all my friends if they need work doing. Would also definitely use again.

replace lead pipes....basically trench will be dug need pipe fitting from road to house and new stop cock fitting...but need work doing on Monday ideally.
Matthew never turned up on two days due to problems with his Van. I understand this was unavoidable but it left me with workmen stood around waiting for the plumbing work to be done. So i had to hire an emergency plumber at high cost. I will think twice before using this website for tradesmen again..

Water leaking into front room ceiling - hot water tank appears to be leaking possibly around the joints and has rotted the chip board
This was the first time I had used rated people - so glad I came across Jamie / Billabong.
An honest, reliable person Jamie came to our rescue as water was leakin through the ceiling - replaced our hot water tank, replaced the rotten flooring, cleaned everywhere he had been working and all within 48 hours of calling.
Would not hesitate to call Jamie again and have spread the word round the neighbours as reliable, honest people are hard to come by.

Would recommend to anyone, fast, clean, reliable and the price was right.

The main internal flushing mechanism inside the cistern has snapped off the base meaning the cistern can no longer fill as the water just runs in to the toilet constantly.

Our shower has no water pressure and no hot water coming out. (I have tried replacing the shower head) The bath beneath it still has pressure.
We have a back boiler (behind the chimney in the living room) When turning on the heating after a while we can hear the water bubbling away and it appears the thermostat may be faulty.
