Budget I'm not sure

Job overflow pipe leaking constantly on to the roof causing plant and bird probs on the roof; overflow comes from water tank; peresumably ballcock valve needs sorting

Job immersion heater leaking. want to remove and possibly install a multi point heater for the hot water. no central heating at house so new system purely for the water. old space to be utilised for a shower unit if possible?

Comment just used this company to remove an old immersion heater and replace it with a new multi point heater. I found the company to be very professional , courteous, and knowledgable about the products. I had a few quotes for the jobs but these were the only company that came when they said they would , kept me constantly updated by phone, and actually completed the job without too much fuss. I found the price to be reasonable given the considerable work that was done, and the head guy who did the work was a fully qualified gas safe registered.They had to pipe me a gas supply up to the bathroom from my basement. Following the job being finished I needed to replace my bathroom taps as they were very old and couldnt take the new pressure flow from the cold water, thanks to the company who ordered me new ones and are coming to replace them for me . I wouldnt have a problem recommending them to any of my friends and family and would certainly use them again without hesitation. I am very pleased with the outcome. JANE
