We are a property management company. We have a property that has 22mm lead pipe leaking. We need this capping off. The pipe is running down in the wall. We have exposed this, also it is a hot feed going to a utilaty room feeding a washer. We no longer need this.
Excellent service. Great workmanship, will use again.

Bryan was willing to tackle the job within a few hours of asking. He arrived on time and offered two very fair price options of dealing with it, dependant on the amount of work required. The cheapest option worked. Hurrah! Peace of mind...priceless.

quote for removing old boiler and replacing with combi boiler. Removing the old water tanks and pipework.Connecting up new system.
I contacted Mark to install a new boiler initially and by the end of the job he had not only done that but plumbed in my new kitchen and moved radiators as well! He is knowledgable,efficient,quick,trustworthy,the list goes on!For the work he did he was very reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I cant praise him enough. He does however have one flaw and thats "golf" but we all have our crosses to bear!!

Washer needs plumbing into the barn, there isn't any plumbing for the washer in the kitchen, the pipes need extending into the barn, it is spring water from the field. The pipes run next to the barn.
Good communication, but thought the price was over the top for the job done, could have been neater and less rushed.

I need an internal stopcock replacing. There is an issue that part of it is on lead piping though so I need someone who can deal with that.
Fab service, it turned out that we didn't need the stopcock replacing when Darren arrived but we were very impressed with the way he dealt with the situation. Will definitely be keeping his number for future work!

hot tap in bathroom turns on - a little bit of water comes out - then when you turn it on some more it stops altogether. Leaking kitchen tap as well.
Job was completed at a reasonable price. Have a slight problem with the hot water tap in the kitchen as when we turn it on and off it shudders which it didn't do before.

We have recently had a water borehole drilled (existing supply is from a private spring which is a bit intermittent and not filtered) and the filtration equipment installed in our cellar. The water supply from the borehole is now in the cellar and needs to be connected into our internal plumbing system. The borehole supply is fed into a pressurised tank that maintains a pressure of approx 2 bar. We have two options: 1. connect the supply from the borehole into the existing cold water header tank (although we want the header moved at the same time from its current position in the loft above one room to the loft above the room next door, so the existing pipework will need to be adjusted to suit); or 2. connect the borehole supply directly into the internal pipework and do away with the existing cold water header tank (which would save moving it as mentioned above). However, this would mean we also need our boiler replaced with a combi boiler (it's currently a system boiler) and would also need the hot water cylinder removed. We'd be looking for advice on the best option to choose and then a price to get the relevant work done.

The toilet is leaking, water from the cistern is dripping via the wingnut bolts at the base. I understand this is likely to be that the bolts / seals need replacing or a crack in the cistern. The toilet is standard.
I would appreciate a quote for diagnosis and to fix either issue, and would prefer responses by email.
