"Two great plumbers turned up to sort out the pipework for our radiators. They turned up slightly early (a plus in my books!) and worked hard all day. They were both cheerful and professional, and made sure they left everything neat and tidy. This was the first time we had had the heating system drained down. On re-filling it, our two plumbers found that our pipework was a little quirky when it came to getting the air out of the system. However, they remained cheerful and suceeded in getting everything sorted. We would certainly use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them."

"IMPORTANT READ THIS BEFORE HIRING THIS FIRM It all started off well, and we built a good working relationship, we agreed for them to do more work than first agreed as it would make the whole job simpler. At the end of the first week Peter informed us he would be on holiday next week. Still, he would send his boys to finish the job, they only turned up for half the week. Peter returned for week 3 and still lots of work to be done. At the so callled end of the job they had made little or no attempt to clean to a respectable finish so it wasnt until my wife did a depp clean on the recently installed bathroom that we were able to see the quality of the finish, it wasnt the best, i would agree that we got a good price from peter for the job but if you consider the number of people and hours spent on it you would expect a better finish. The biggest dispointment is the lino floor purchased by our selves. Peter agreed to fit it and at the time gave us the confidence that he knew what he was doing, the finished floor is like a badly laid road where the glue has dried in mounds and the floor which is cut a little short in areas is very bumpy, the important thing to note is that we gave peter 3 attempts to come back and put the job right he finally came back and fixed the leaking towel rail but no sign of the floor being put right, we decided to get our own flooring chap to come and advise and he said that there is nothing that can be done apart from fitting a new floor which will cost around £200. i have informed peter ofall of this and have yet received no reply, my wife waited over 6 months to get the bathroom fitted due to personal circumstances, you can imagine her displeasure to see that the money we have paid has resulted in a below standard finish. Think twice before hiring this firm, enough said"
