"I was pleased overall with the service. They were on time and made a professional job of fixing the problem. As I was paying an hourly rate I felt that I paid a bit more than I should have - I had to pay for 3 hours when they were only around for 2.5 hours and there was some padding to get the extra 0.5 hour (eg 1 hour to go and find a part). But overall I would recommend on quality of service."
