My toilet handle,actually is the chain broken by a child put too much force on it.So unable to flush and the water slightly leaking into the toilet even when the valve is closed. I need a plumber to repair it or change the handle system to a Push-button system . Thanks.
Mr Hayes did the job very good and worked efficiently.The cost was reasonably fair.He sort out the problem in my toilet,thanks and Would use him again when needs.

Updated : Have looked myself,it is not the pipe join but at the base of the toilet,has got progressively worse over a week. Original : fix leaking toilet,toilet leaks when flushed at back.

Updated : The pipe leak is urgent, the boiler repair not so urgent. The budget can be stretched if required Original : I need 2 jobs for you to look at please: 1. In our brick outhouse we have a slow leak from the copper pipe very close to floor level. I have stopped one leak but water is still seaping from around the pipe entrance from the floor so it may be leaking also below the surface. 2. There is a fault with the hot water supply from our combi boiler (Heatline Vizo 24), with no hot water both upstairs and downstairs. The fault on DHW sensor is flashing and has been for a few weeks or so, with the manual suggesting contact with a professional to have a look at it

REPLACEMENT OF A MIXER SHOWER AND SHOWER TRAY ( I HAVE THE TRAY AND THE SHOWER) ALTER HOT AND COLD PIPEWORK TO SHOWER ALSO NEED THE PIPES UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK SORTING AND THERE IS A BLOCKAGE IN THE CENTRAL HEATING WHICH NEEDS SORTING.

martin came at arranged day and time to see job and give quote , he also fitted my work in quickly as i was in a rush for it to be done , work was all done as i had asked for it to be done and to a high standard, price was as quoted , martin and his son are very freindly and reliable and i would definately use again and would reccomend to other people and family ,

Triton Millenium Care shower.Was switched off during use, then failed to restart. No lights on unit but pull chord switch indicates power to unit. Diagnosis of fault and quotation for repair or replacement required. Walk in shower room.
Agreed attending to the job immediately. Job completed far quicker than expected (35 minutes). Price slightly higher than suggested by telephone. Courteous, neat, no fuss job. Arrived promptly.

There is an old led pipe situated behind a kitchen cupboard. I would like someone to remove the cupboard, take out the old let pipe and refit the cupboard. I am also looking for a gas engineer to do a gas safety check ready to rent out the property. I would prefer someone that could do both jobs together but if this isn't possible then I will get someone else to do the gas safety check.

The wc is next to an outside wall so access to main sewarage pipe is straightforward. some digging involved.The sewerage pipe from my house runs parallel to the outside wall of the downstairs wc it is about 5 feet away
