1 x small single panel radiator has a broken bleed valve, non removable so the radiator needs replacing. separate small dual panel radiator has issues regarding intermittant working: system was recently balanced to try and remedy and this worked for a few days but the radiator has recently stopped working again. the water inlet pipe to this radiator is cold when not working so hot water seens like it is not getting to the radiator general central heating/boiler checkup
Was very impressed that Andy arrived within 30 minutes of me placing the job on the Rated People website. One I'd explained the issues, he resolved them within 3 hours. No complaints here

Move existing gravity fed HW tank from existing airing cupborard to next room and create new Airing cupboard around tank. Replace 4-5 broken CH drain valves Replace broken washing machine cold fill valve Fit new kitchen tap Reconnect small bore fed radiator - current two rads from 1 manifold feed - needs changing to each rad having a single small bore CH supply.
Mick did a great job helping to move our hot water tank and airing cupboard. He was very reliable, punctual and hard working - a pleasure to have in the house. Job completed to our full satisfaction and extra work that really needed doing was not a hassle or unreasonable in price - thanks Mick!

We have very old taps on our bath, we need to replace them with new. We have bought a mixer unit as a replacement. The working room for the plumber is very limited.
Turned up on time, contact was great and price was below what we expected. Excellent job done speedily and with precision, with no excuses. Would recomend to any one. Many Thanks.

I have three small repair jobs to be done: Replace/ repair WC flush system as there is water dripping from the cistern into the toilet bowl constantly. Replacement of an outdoor tap that wont turn on. Replacement of mains inlet tap that wont turn off.

Shower tray cracked and need to be replaced in the en-suite, not sure if you can just change the tray. Best if tradesman can provide unit, as we are unsure which one to get that will fit. A new electric shower need to be installed in the main bathroom, not brought an electric shower yet, so open to suggestions or provide by tradesman.
