Require a power-flush to remove sludge in the central heating system of a small cottage - 8 radiators. Corgi repairman also suggested it would be a good idea to fit a filter before the return to the 6-year old gas combination condensing boiler. Grateful for quotes.
BG contacted me soon after the job was posted and arranged to meet that week to quote for the work. He turned up on time and thoroughly assessed the job; I would say the quote was on the high-end of the scale (charging more than Corgi), but not outrageous. On the day, his team again turned up bang on time. He was friendly and most professional - I cannot fault the work in any way and he left the house in an immaculate state when finished. Highly recommended.

Advice and estimate for installing a pump to boost water flow to a shower. The house has 2 showers both gravity fed from the hot water immersion tank. I can supply the pump if advised which type is suitable. We are also looking at changing the bathroom so again could do with a good plumber to quote and again advise on what is possible.
Bryn did a good, tidy job and the pump delivered the power required in bucketloads. Can't fault his quality of work and cleaned up afterwards. Only minor criticism is he was a little late arriving and would have appreciated a call for reassurance but would still recommend to anyone for future work.

I tried five plumbers recommended to me by friends and local merchants but none turned up-they didn't even bother to call so I waited in two mornings for a no show.They will be remembered.Bryn and his colleague fitted a new shower pump within less than a week but the pump turned out to be faulty so replaced with a better model within two days after that. I will use him again no problem. I'm only sorry I didn't have any sugar for the tea (honey's better for your) but will do next time!

I have a leak from an underground water supply pipe which is seeping into the house from the kitchen floor. The mains supply from the street runs down the back of the house then tees off, one branch coming into the house to the stop cock, the other branch continues down the length of the house running under an extension (where I suspect the leak is) and provides a supply to taps etc at the back of the house. I have no way of isolating this supply and due to proximity of neighbouring buildings it is difficult to dig down and locate the pipe before the leak.
