"Very nice - 10/10 for value, punctuality, "appearance" (as in - when you see someone who might cut corners, you have an instinct). The toilet, wash basin and shower installation all get 10/10. I'll give the tiling 8/10; there's no problem, but if you had a plumb-line you could see that the tiles are fractionally out from vertical. I'm possibly being harsh, as the walls are a little uneven, but the other parts of the job were perfect, and I can only say that the tiling is 'merely' very good. The overall cost came in at around £40 more than the approx £1400 estimate. £20 of this was a delivery charge, £20 was for plumbing parts that were not anticipated. Neither was a problem."
