Hi There, We rennovated our flat recently and had a terrible time with the plumber who ran off after we paid him before the installation/commissioning checks/tests were done, leaving us a blank installation and commissioning booklet. We need the council to do the final sign-off and need this certification for that. Is there anyone that can help us at all ?. I have spoken to 1 or 2 plumbers so far but they have said they are unable to test someone else's work. As you can see, we are in a bit of a pickle. We hope you can help. Thanks very much in advance. Both Andy and Dimitri did a fantastic job. It was done quickly and proffesionally and they left everything looking clean and neat which I am always worried about. Shower is leaking through dial you use to turn it on and off, think this could be a rubber seal which isn't working. It is a Greenwich Iflo mixer shower, not electric and uses water pressure to function, also lack of hot water and water is luke warm. Hard Water Area.
What can I say, I had a broken shower (not hot water) and needed it fixed fast and well. Ben called me up and had it all sorted and working within 24 hours. Very happy with the work, and I didn't even get a chance to meet him to say thanks as he did it while i was at work and worked round me which really helped. Highly recommend his services. Marc

Updated : Ideally, we need someone to come out today - Wednesday, 5th December, if possible. Original : We have an old Victorian house, cold water system throughout, and the thermostat connected to / installed in our hot water cylinder, which provides hot water to the bathroom only, stopped working in the early hours of today 05/12. We need an engineer to give guidance and replace.
Andrew was quick to respond to my post and knew exactly what I was referring to. Confident he could do the job, he arrived within an hour of his call, provided an estimate and returned later to do the job in full. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

Not really sure if this needs a builder or a plumber, probably someone who does both. I've had a slightly wet bathroom floor for ages but at the moment I can also hear slight trickling/dripping of water somewhere behind the scenes. Need someone - if possible available today or very soon - to come and investigate. I guess there is a loose pipe connection somewhere but it probably needs a bath panel removing, or possibly a floorboard lifting. Grateful for an indication of how quickly you could come out and how you would charge for this. Thanks.
Great - called me almost immediately, arrived within hours, problem solved within minutes, all easily within their reasonable (£65) minimum charge for 1 hour's work. Very happy.

The temperature of water to shower and bath fluctuates and tap is making a screaming noise. The boiler has broken down twice, which I think is probably related.
Mr Dissmann did a great job, and persevered with pursuing a complicated and frustrating project to a happy conclusion. I would recommend his work without reservation.

Hello Just purchased a new gas hob, so require built-in old gas hob to be removed and replaced with new please. New hob will need to be hard wired. There is already a new switched fcu for oven which I assume can be used for hob as well. Requirements Summary... Remove & replace old gas hob for new. Hard wire ignition. Seal, test, provide receipt/certificate to confirm hob is gas safe (for insurance purposes). The sooner you are able to complete job, the better. I am available any day of week from 3pm onwards.
