The water heater needs a new element as it is currently over heating when the immersion is switched on and needs a dual immersion stat.
Also the overflow pipe is leaking
Tony,rang me literally minutes after I'd posted my job request and came round the next day to give me a quote. His prices were reasonable and fair and he fixed the problem the next day for me, even coming back a couple of days later to isolate a switch free of charge for me to make sure the same problem didn't happen again. Very trustworthy and reliable, Would use again and recommend.

worcester combi boiler - no hot water or heating - light flashing and flame light not lighting up resetting hasn't worked. Seems to be some loss of pressure and not clicking on when heating and water are demanded.

I own an ex-housing association flat with external boiler. There's meant to be a diverter so I can use the timer to control when my heating goes on and off. Unfortunately, this is currently broken.
