We wan to replace our lead water mains which brings cold water from road to our house . Therefore we need plumber who is doing pipe replacement by moling (trenchless) system. This require passing the new pipe under our drive into the garage and into our house. The length would be around 10 -11 meters and there is NO obstecle like tree e.t.c. is involved.
Mr Steve Eliot from Green Planet sent two of his colleagues who came on time, replaced the lead pipe. They were polite, reasonable and it appeared they knew their job. At present I am happy. Thank you.

Replacements of an intergrated thermostatic shower with a simpler, single lever bath and shower mixer. The wall cavity needs to be increased to fit the new shower parts so the work will require creating an access point through the wall that currently backs on to the bathroom (the current pipes pass through this but it's not big enough). We have had a plumber out to look at this who has said it is possible but he hasn't been able to provide us with a quote. Due to the nature of the work, it would be ideal if the person carrying out the work was also able to complete the retiling that would be needed (approximately three - six tiles) as well as the installation of a new shower screen.
The work was carried out on time and with minimal disruption. Additional requests and questions were handled professionally and with the exception of having a brand new shower and shelving to show for it, you wouldn't have known that a workman had been here. No mess left behind and certificate for the work provided made for a very good experience.

I live in a 1980s purpose built flat and have recently bought a new washing machine. However the flow of water into the waste pipe is a lot more than the old washing machine and it overflows. Pimlico Plumbers were called to clear it and pumped water through for some time (at considerable cost) but it didn't fix the problem. There's no obvious blockage and waste pipe goes through concrete. We're having to run the waste pipe through the kitchen sink whihc is also now begining to block. Can you help?

Potterton Suprima HE fault indicator light showing problem with air pressure switch. No central heating or hot water, boiler not firing at all. I have a 3 week baby in the house so some quick assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Kevin certainly helped us out with our minor emergency! With the worst weather of the year and a 3 week old baby in the house it was perfect timing for our boiler to pack in. Kevin came round first thing in the morning even with the snow and ice on the roads and fixed the problem quick smart... even better he told me some tips for keeping the boiler ticking over in the future should anything else go wrong. Replace ball cock and system in the toilet cistern as the overflow doesn't not control itself anymore.
This was a pretty sstraighforward job and the plumber was able to fix it without having to buy new parts.

I'm not sure
We are looking to replace 6 no. radiators in our home - ideally like for like to avoid any pipework changes. I believe Myson Premiers will be the closest match. We also need new valves in 3 no. radiators - thermostatic and locksheild (others were replaced 2 years ago.
We used Andy to replace 6 radiators in our house - we would highly recommend him. He is hard working, very thorough and very reliable. He went above and over to deliver a good job. We will certainly be recommending him to friends and using him again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Andy!

I need the system drained, 4 ground floor rads replaced, the system flushed and refilled (with fernox), the boiler restarted and an annual boiler service. The new rads and valves are on site. 1 rad is a straight swap of an acova 3 column 812x600onto exisiting pipes/valves/brackets The other 3 needs pipes moving. all pipes are currently polypipe changing to copper where they come up through stripped wooded floor. 1 needs the same arrangement at the correct centres. The other 2 are hudevad p5kv's and need to have the pipework to be set into the wall and mounted with corner valves (supplied and on site) the boiler is an ariston microgenus II 31 MFFI only corgi registered pls respond the address is a terraced house at nw 11 6ey with no parking restrictions
