"The plumber was efficient and diagnosed the problem accurately. The job was completed quickly and I was happy with the work but he did get agitated when a receipt was requested for the payment. The leak still seemed to be there the next day so I called him again and they came round a couple of days later. This time he took away the bath panel and realised that the overflow connection had come apart and reconnected it. I was disappointed that he asked me for money for turning up again when it was part of the original job. He also got slightly aggressive when I refused to pay again."
