I have a slow leak from the plastic shut off valve feeding the water cistern for the toilet.The shut of valve connects the copper tubing to the plastic filler for the cistern.
Nothing was too much trouble for Chris. He took great care and did a good job. He was punctual and polite.

Existing gutter is not a whole length and has after a good number of year start to leak onto the house. Would like to change the gutter only as there is no blockage as they are cleaned regularly. Gutter is located on the third roof of terrace house at the rear of the property.

Central heating is working fine, but no hot water. The make of the boiler is: Ideal Combi boiler - Logic. The man from Ideal came and changed the sensor in the boiler, but still the same problem. He now think it could be problems with leaking pipes? Spoke to other people who think the problem is to do with the boiler. Need someone to fix the problem.
