Budget Under £100

Job Replace dual flush cistern on RAK close-coupled toilet. Existing cistern has developed a crack. I have purchased the replacement cistern ready to install. Its due to be delivered by 12 noon today (16/11/12), so I'd like to get the job done asap after that.

Job 1) we have a cistern wjich is contantly trickling. 2) I think we have a air-lock. There is frequenly a buzing sound in the wall which only stops when the toilet is flushed. 3) The cistern flush doesn't work properly.

Job Outside drain is blocked. Drains water from kitchen (sink and appliances), and bathroom (sink and bath).

Comment Responded extremely quickly. Got here within the time indicated (within an hour, even though it wasn't a real emergency), and finished the job quick and completely. Not cheap, but we had him come on a Sunday morning. Friendly, good customer service. I would definitely recommend Plumb Local to anyone. Bram

Job Problems with cistern on toilet - flushing mechanism and water inflow. Also problem with shower in first floor bathroom - hasn't been used for a couple of years and the water dial is jammed.

Job Small leak coming from copper pipe connecting to washing machine as well as a small leak from main stock cock. Additionally 2 radiators to be replaced.

Job The bath needs re-locating to a new position (by only a short distance) so the hot/cold feed needs shortening and the outlet lengthening. An hour's work.
