We have had a new bath fitted but kept old taps. We are finding that the taps runs all the time after having a bath. We would like new taps fitted but there is a problem as the taps are at the back of the bath (shower bath) and it is a tight fit to get to the pipes.
We have found freeflow to be honest, reliable, good workers, nice people and trustworthy and we are 100% happy. We have kept their phone number as we won't be using any other company. Thank you so very much Free Flow.

I have a radiator in a bedroom that i would like removed. The pipes from the radiator run along the skirting and up into the loft in the corner of the room. I would like the pipes in the loft capped in preparation for a new radiator to be fitted in the future
Mike responded really quickly and turned up the day after I placed work request. He did the job there and then for a reasonable agreed price. Even though there were a few complications that required Mike to spend a little longer than planned on the job he completed the work at the agreed price and didn't demand extra. Overall I was very happy with Mike and will be asking him to do some more work in the near future.

The job was done in the time frame given, and the shower is working well. We had a lot of scrubbing and cleaning up to do afterwards.

Terrible pipe hammer that I fear is going to result in a break. Happens when the tap is turned off too quickly and when the washing machine is on and operating the valves.

Hi, Would like to get a quote for the installation of a heated towel rail to replace an existing standard radiator in a bathroom - plus potentially a second smaller one in the en-suite if it is faesible.

He was easy to deal with and did a great job in fitting the product, as well as giving advice when intially quoting for the job. Reliability was good, as he came when expected, and finished the job in good time too.

Arrived on time, problem was slightly bigger than I had thought, however described and showed me what needed to be done (no jargon) . Completed repair. Honest, polite and took great care not to cause any unnecessary mess, cleaned up after. Definately will be using in future, already lined up for other jobs.

I have a problem with my guttering on two corners of my roof. I have one corner section of guttering missing where it has fallen off, and another corner has disconnected. My existing guttering consists of both new plastic guttering and old metal guttering. I also have a down pipe where the bracket has become loose, this needs to be re-drilled as the hole is too big to re-attach there.

Home insurance claim. The area involved is in good order. This is just about removing the previous power shower (the motor caught fire) and install a new one. The fire caused no damaged to the area.
Very thorough and professional. Good quality work. The work turned out to be more complex than anticipated, with minimal impact on cost, so good value for money. Very reliable, on time and flexible with timings. I would not hesitate in using Mr Smith's services again.
