1. Remove a radiator from the central heating system and remove it from the wall for re-decorating. 2. Post re-decorating, install a new radiator in the same position.
Ian provided us with an excellent service. He responded to our request for work immediately and came around early the next day and neatly and quickly did the job. The cold water supply pipe in my bathroom in my flat is leaking and requires repair. The job requires a step ladder to turn off the supply from a facility just outside the front door to the apartment. The apartment is in London SE18.
They were very helpful and trustworthy, bearing in mind I had to leave for work and leave them my keys. The job was more complicated than we thought, but they fixed another small job for me, saving me the task to get someone else in.

Hello, We have some guttering that needs repairing/replacing in a couple of areas on our house.
We used Lee to sort out some Guttering issues for us and he was absolutely brilliant! From the moment he called to arrange a time to come round, he was very polite and arrived the time that he said he was going to. Very reasonable pricing and he worked very hard to sort our guttering out. Very friendly and clearly knows what he is doing, highly recommended and will definitely be using him again.

Updated : We need someone to come and look at the unit and diagnose and repair. I can't be more specific than that at present. Thank you. Original : We have a Bristan B85 shower (fitted in 2009). Water pressure started decreasing and finally the shower would not work. We suspect that limescale may be blocking the pipes. We don't want to replace the shower and need an estimate of the cost of the work.
Chris was good to work with, he was polite, left no mess and got the shower working after a delay of a couple of days because parts were needed. I would use him again.

Read the gas meter, turn on water and gas system, check safety of boiler and discuss future work needed, eg, fit stopcock. Building was repossession. Not sure what needs to be done! Need an expert!

the job consists in: 1) replace a leaking radiator (all fittings should be provided with the new one) - the new radiator measures 600x1400 and it is 4 cm shorter than the one currently in place (i bought a valve extension to offset the difference in length, hotefully it works) 2) change 4 thermostatic radiator valves as they got painted over during decoration 3) try to find out why in the whole flat there is only one radiator that isn't working. The job would ideally need to be done on friday the 9th.
The job done was very thorough and precise. He checked several times that everything was working properly after finishing the job. He was very punctual and explained to me the work that was being done step by step. He is very confident with what he does. He has every tools at a ready. Price reasonable. I will definitely call him back.

There seems to be a leak coming from the shower. I don't think its the seal around the shower tray and may be coming from a new hot and cold water regulator that was installed last year. The job would entail taking off and replacing the white tiles (which I have) around the fitting as well as fixing the problem.

I live in a flat with two bathrooms. One bathroom has shower only, the other has a bath with both a shower and a separate bath mixer tap. The shower tap valve connection to the plumbing in one bathroom was leaking and the valve also needs replacing as the shower tap drips. Essentially I would like both bathrooms fitted with new showers and also replacement of mixer taps - one for a sink and the other for the bath.

the plug got stuck, tired to get out with tools and only made in worse now have a leak. the leak is coming from the top as with trying the get the plug have made the whole plug hole loose and is leaking round the edge of the plug hole
