Job The lavatory cistern is leaking - possibly a leak in the cistern itself, possibly a leaking connection. So the job might require a new installation, but hopefully just a repair. The item is only three years old. The property is newly built at Factory Quarter, Warple way, owned by Genesis Housing.

Job I would like to install radiators in my kitchen. I currently only have underfloor heating but this is not adequate.

Reliable, clean, reasonably priced and above all else they carried out the work to an outstanding quality. I have already recommended them to family members and would certainly use again and again. Budget Under £100

Job Blocked bathroom sink, draining slowly and getting worse. I've removed the trap and it's clear, as is all the pipe I can get to. Chemical methods have been ineffective.

Comment Rob turned up on time, the day after I agreed to hire him, so very prompt and reliable. He completed the job quickly, efficiently and with no mess. He also identified another small job which he dealt with quickly. He also charged me slightly less than he'd quoted. Although it was a small and simple job I'd recommend Rob, he seemed a nice guy and did a good job. Andrew

Budget I'm not sure

Job I need one radiator connecting to the rest of the heating system. Radiator already in place and ready. Plus I also need work doing on pipes that run around the skirting board in another room, I want these moving under the flooring. Floor will be clear as I'm having new carpet fitted.

Comment Calvin came round to give a more detailed quote and was able to begin right away. He gave us a price we were happy with and the work we required was carried out. He worked long hours to try and get the job finished in time. There were a few bits that we needed to complete once he'd gone, but he did offer to come back and finish the job the following week. He was tidy, punctual and polite and i would recommend him. Sarah
