The built-in cistern makes a loud nise when filling after flush - I am sure it is an easy job but as the cistern is in the wall it is diff' to look at the problem.
Very friendly. Found the problem quickly - Went to get the part - Was back in 15 minutes which was great - Even gave me advice about a faulty vent in the bathroom, while fixing the cistern!

Put u a shower screen on the side of the bath. The screen has 3 screws that need to be drilled into the tiles then the screen needs to be hung onto the screws. This screen is sliding 3quaters of the bath.
Mike was extremely helpful from the start he came the same day on time and completed the work to a great standard. When we realised there was a manufacturer fault with the screen he so kindly agreed dismatel it for me. His genuine manor and patiences throughout has been very professional and I will be calling him again to re install the replacement. And to top this great service off the quote was very reasonable indeed.

Shower is leaking into the kitchen below. Have sealed every part of the shower cubicle but still persisting. May be the drainage/waste pipe. Will have to remove some tilework to access the pipes, and/or go through the kitchen ceiling.
Laurence arrived on time and initially seemed to doa satisfactory job identifying the leak and fixing it. However this involved breaking the tiles in our bathroom, which he said he would return to replace (we have the tiles, he just needed to cut and fit them which he promised us he could do... its the only reason we let him break them). Its been over 2 months now and despite repeated calls and arranged appointments he has not come back to complete the job and is now not even responding to our messages/ texts . Very disappointed and now we are having to live with a set of broken tiles till we can find someone who can come to replace them.

Boiler replacement in kitchen. current boiler lockout after we use hot water and steam is coming out the top of the boiler.
George initially came to fit a new boiler, really happy with the work he did, especially as installation was far from straight forward. We had a small issue with the boiler which George came back to sort out immediately. We were so happy with the work that he did we have used him since for other work we have required. We would thoroughly recommend George.
