My downstairs loo is blocked. I have put in the 'drain clearance chemicals' but it still has not cleared. Not an emergency call out but needs to be done! Thanks.
Arrived on time and was thorough and organised in dealing with the problem
which turned out to be more serious than we originally thought. A lot of hard work and elbow grease was involved in cleaning out our sewers and definitely a job well done. Good communication throughout and Alan has a pleasing disposition. Would recommend.

Cistern will not flush. Loo handle not working properly. I have a replacement cistern to hand.
Great sense of urgency and turned up on time both days.
Provided good explanation of problem and advised options.
Reasonable hourly rate. Gave a good estimate of the likely cost of repair. Well mannered and approachable - took the stress out of the problem. Job completed in good time and my loo is now working. Definitely happy to recommend.

7 rooms in the flat but there are 2 radiators in the kitchen so a total of 8 radiators
Responded to the job advertised very promptly and carried out the work very efficiently. Would use GB Boilers again.

Current power shower has low pressure and cold water
2 Young men arrived to change the electric shower. 1 is I think 22 and his brother is a trainee about 19. They did the job at a cost of £140 which took approximately just over 1 hour. All seems to be well.
I might well consider using them again for a sizeable job,but as they come from Leatherhead, it would be too expensive for the various small jobs that arise. I would like to find a local plumber.

Our pipes in the kitchen are leaking when too much water goes down them suddenly (eg when the washing machine pumps out) - we have seen the water pouring out. I believe that the main pipe is at least partially blocked and needs to be unbunged. Additionally, the outflow pipe from the washing machine needs to be fitted correctly to the bigger kitchen pipe (it currently just sits in the big pipe, the gap held together with sticky tape!).

Supply and fix a new tap. The tap is a kitchen tap that leaks occassionally but I think while calling a plumber-in it is best to replace the tap. The tap has a hot and cold tap and water comes out of a single spout.

Replacement of washers in a hot and cold tap on ground floor, also washers in kitchen mixer tap and repair/replacement of washer in isolating tap on heated towel rail in basement bathroom. The latter is dual fuel - ie electric and central heating. The cock no longer allows hot water into the rail, so cannot be heated when central heating runs.

kitchen sink U bend connection to the drain exiting into main drain has come loose off its join under the kitchen sink. this needs reconnecting with a new washer and PVC glue but its slightly inaccessible if anything more needs doing.
