Aziz and Zac were not only polite and professional they were extremely thorough. They explained the problem to me and told me that I did not need a new sink at all. Aziz told me how they were going to fix it and during the whole process explained to me why the problem had occurredin the first place which I really appreciated. I would definitely use these guys again.

My kitchen sink is blocked - have tried plunging & that stuff you put down the sink overnight but neither have worked.

Our kitchen sink is blocked - water will not go down the plug-hole. We have had intermittent problems with it, as the waste pipe is very long, around 3m. A plumber previously came around to change one of the connections in a bid to prevent future blockages, but this has not proved a long-term solution and he is currently on holiday. I need a plumber who can fix this quickly and permanently.
Mo arrived in good time, quoted a fair price, was knowledgeable and carried out the work to a high standard. He took care to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job before he left. I would be very happy to request Mo's help again.

Our washing machine regularly gets blocked, so that the water will no longer drain out of it. It is nothing to do with the machine, which is not getting blocked, but rather the pipe behind the machine. At the moment, it is difficult to access the pipe to unblock it, as it is located behind the built-in washing machine and built-in dishwasher. We therefore need someone who can re-gig the plumbing behind the washing machine, so that (a) the pipe is less likely to become blocked and (b) if the pipe does become blocked it is easier to unblock it. Thank you for your quote.

Old water cylinder needs to be replaced as it no longer functions correctly and is not big enough. Controls for the heating valves etc and some other pipework needs to be tidied up/replaced also.
Very happy with the work which was done quickly and efficiently despite the fact that Mark had broken his leg a few days before!
