Replace existing tap with a new Hansgrohe mixer tap. The tap has already been bought. The job should only take 15 minutes. Ideally to be done asap, anytime between 20th-21st Dec. Free 30 minute parking voucher available if needed.
Justin worked very hard to replace our existing leaky tap with a new one. The job was more complicated than I expected but he managed to get the job done with minimum fuss. Very professional and excellent value; certainly would not hesitate in contacting him again for other jobs.

Updated : Can you source and provide toilet. Original : I would like a raised cistern and toilet removing and replaced with a low level flush disabled toilet plus half wall tiled the toilet room is small 6ft by 3ft.
The toilet basin was installed incorrectly. He used the wrong outlet pipe. The toilet wouldnt flush as the pipe was at an up-hill angle. He blamed it on a blocked stack which was not true. He didn't come back to complete the job. I employed another plumber to do the job who charged me less than half of what Neil Protheroe did. This plumber did the job properly. Don't employ Neil he isn't a competent plumber. He just wants your money and is always uncontactable. He is a very poor tradesman. I have photos.

We have 3 new radiators to replace 3 old ones - all the new ones are identical in size to the old ones. We live in a 4 storey house, two of the new radiators are required on the top floor and one on the ground floor. The system will need to be drained.
Good job overall, very knowledgeable, reasonable price. Bit of a problem with the radiator not being put on straight the first time, but this was fixed when we pointed it out! Would recommend.

There is a leak from the shower unit dripping through to the ceiling below. We believe it is leaking from the power shower pump as the water on the floor of the bathroom is around the base of the pump and not around the waste pipe from the shower unit. The mixer control for the shower unit does not alter the mix of hot and cold water. It is stuck on one temperature. Maybe there is a connection between that and the leak from the shower pump?
