Reinstate WC waste plumbing behind a ducted in panel. Carefully remove MDF back panel for access (taking down WC flush lever for reuse). Reuse panel if possible or reinstate like for like. Horizontal 100mm waste connector is /was concertina type plastic and has been eaten away by rodents! Replace with UPVC (or concertina if unavoidable) to main vertical SVP nearby. Clear away base of duct (dirty!). Renew MDF (white gloss paint) panel as existing with flush lever to WC reinstated.

I want one small radiator moving. MUST be done this week!! It only has to move about a foot to the left in order to make room for something but because it needs to be disconnected from the pipes I assume it will require a qualified plumber. It is in a small attic room where there is no carpet and whole heating system is only 18 months old so the pipes are those flexible grey plastic ones so should be a really easy job.

My underfloor heating is 6 years old and has stopped working. Hot water does not circulate underfloor.
Bogdan seems very reliable. He was able to give me a same day slot, arrived when he said he would and got straight to work. He seemed very thorough and got my underfloor heating working again. It's only been a day so far but signs are positive that he solved the problem. I've had other plumbers come out to look at the problem and he's the only one who knew what to do. Plus he quoted his prices up front and stuck to them. I would use his service again and also recommend him to others.

Water system keeps on getting airlocked and I need to keep on temporarily relieving airlocks. When it is airlocked the only water flowing is the cold water out of the kitchen tap. The water tank runs out of water far too quickly and the shower therefore stops working after only a few minutes usage. The flat is ex-local authority so I only have a water tank in the flat and the boiler system is communal.
