No water coming from kitchen sink
Having had our kitchen taps replaced on 27th February for £170 I've been awaiting an invoice/receipt ever since. I was told on the day the office would send me one, as I need it to get the money back from my landlord. A text message and three emails later and no response, no sign of receipt so I can't get my money back. Really poor customer service.

I require a new mains fitting, approx. 5m of unmade drive needs digging up lay pipe. This then needs routing under entrance stairs behind some a stud wall and up into the ground floor service area where it needs connecting to existing pipe work. Thames water have been contacted and arrangements made for the new connection once this work has been completed.
Fantastic guys, price was honest and good value. Work was of great quality and they had all the professional gear that the handyman lacks. Needed new mains connection making and they knew what to do, if needed I would use again. Thanks

Put ad on in the morning, got a call within the hour and Darren and his colleague was here by noon. They were very competent, hard working and polite. Very pleased with service. Cost was reasonable.

add water tap to outside front garden (kitchen looks onto garden so presumably relatively straight forward to do), advise if possible to add water tap to outside back garden (not obvious to a lay person where easy access to pipes is - so perhaps not reasonably easy)

Our flat screen TV is fixed to the wall directly above a radiator. We would like to have the radiator removed from that wall. We would like to have another (smaller) radiator installed under the window in the same room, a couple of metres away. The current radiator will not actually fit in the new position, so a new radiator will be required. We have wooded floor boards in the room. We would like this job done before the end of September but the sooner the better. Thanks.
After arranging a time to come around to quote for a job, Rodney called me back to re-arrange the time for the following morning as his colleague was held back on a job. We agreed 8am the following morning. After 8.40am and no sign of a tradesman, I called Rodney to find out what was going on. He did not answer his phone and I could not leave a message. Extremely bad service. Needless to say, I did not pursue it further.

I am a landlord with a flat in Brixton. My tenants are complaining of a leaking radiator and so I need someone to come, diagnose and, hopefully, fix the problem.
Double-r provided a prompt service and articulated the issue with my raditator to me clearly. They dealt with the problem and, to date, it has not returned so I would say they were effective too.

I am looking for a plumber to do the following: - connect dishwasher and washing machine to existing plumbing and to make a few minor alterations to allow for a new sink - connect a wall hung basin. the pipe work already runs to where the sink will be and i have a geberit frame to hang the basin from - connect a toilet to a geberit wall frame- the new toilet will be in the same position as the old toilet - run the water supply to a new shower and to connect the waste from the shower tray to the old waste from where the bath was Please let me know a price for the above work (itemised if possible), as well as a time frame.
