Dishwasher and washing machine share same wastage, which seems to be blocking on average every 4 months. Right now it's blocked and needs to be drained, but more importantly the pipe probably needs to be bigger ie need a new one. Therefore the job is to drain, fix the block and look at wastage system overall. Timing: ASAP

The pipe under my bath leaks when the bath is full. If it's filled halfway, one part of the pipe starts leaking slowly. If it is filled to the overflow hole then it starts leaking alot. We tried to put some silicone filler outside but it is still finding a way to leak out. We need to have this looked at and fixed as soon as possible as when it leaks the water way makes its way down to the bedroom below. It also had to get to see where the leak is coming from as the toilet is a bit in the way. Can someone give me a quote?

I need Thermostatic radiator valves fitted to 7 radiators in my home and also a washer changed on 1 kitchen tap.
I used Aziz to install new valves on all my radiators, he gave me a great price and arrived on time and done an excellent job. I've been thinking about getting a combi boiler and after discussing it with Aziz I will definitely being using him to do this job. Daniel installed a washing machine for me at quite short notice and on a Friday evening which was much appreciated. He did not have the correct part and went to Homebase to get one straight away. Daniel is polite and helpful. He fitted a smoke alarm for me too which was not in the job description. Would definitely use again. Thanks

Updated : 3 small plumbing jobs in top floor studio flat. Please note I do not live at the flat, I am preparing it to be let out. It takes me 90 minutes to drive but will be there all day on Monday so would like jobs done then. There are 3 problems: 1) Heating not coming on. Combi boiler making all right noises but no heating. 2) No water coming out of kitchen tap. 3) Washing machine needs changing over. I cannot find stop cock. There is lever under boiler but this doesn't seem to do anything. I'm sure its simple enough to find but need someone to take a look that knows what they're doing. Very reliable. Came when they said they would. Job wasn't fixed first time round but came back straight away to sort it. Would recommend this tradesman.

One radiator in my front room has not worked since I moved in 2 years ago, however the previous owner claims that it used to work fine. The radator in question sounds hollow when tapped and its connecting pipes are permanently cold. It has been bled numerous times but nothing comes out, and the enitre system has been repressurised on a few occasions to no avail. We have the following gas boiler: Worcester GREENSTAR 28I JUNIOR FSN-GB NG COMBI 6415 The other radiator in the front room is equidistant from the boiler and works fine, and the boiler pressure has been ok over the past couple of years. Unsold Job, Updated Details : Just to clarify as i typed to fast before. We have had 5 people come out to unblock the toilet over the last 3 months. The last rodded the toilet but suggested we may have to remove the toilet to clear anything in the area between the toilet and the down pipe. The toilet is on the first floor. The toilet is screwed on to its base so hopefully easily removed to allow the clearing to be done. If you have any other ideas that would be great as we cant continue with this issue occuring Original : Hi we ave a toilet that keep backing up and blocking. We have had numerous plumbers out to unblock it which s ok for a few weeks he be Robles happens again. We are looking fr a long term solution which may involve removing the toilet and checking the drain.

2 small cast iron column radiators hot to touch at top but cold below that. Flat is on 1st floor in mansion block with heating run from central boiler (i.e. no boiler in flat. Central boiler is <2 years old). Both rads have TRVs. Have tried adjusting valves (& TRVs) & bleeding rads but no impact. May be issue with sludge, but want to check no issue with valve or pressure flow also.
