I need a new boiler put in, the Biasi has finally died. My preference is either Worcester or Valliant as a replacement. The boiler is situated at the top of the cellar stairs. Current system is very old and therefore there are no thermostats in the rooms.
I couldn't be happier with the service that Nerim provided. He went above and beyond, even fitting the boiler on a bank holiday. Top rate job, very neat and tidy and super professional.

I have a blocked drain, affecting the loo and bath. Drain is outside a block of 4 flats.
I would recommend Otters plumbing. They were fast to arrive, efficient, effective and charged a fair price for the job. Although I hope never to see another plumber again (it was a sewage related problem!) I would definitely use Otters again.

Changing kitchen tap.... the current one is loose and needs tightening with a tap spanner almost fortnightly, also the top of it falls apart now and again. so i have bought a new complete kitchen tap and would very much like someone to fit it properly for me at a reasonable cost.
Polite, prompt, competent, efficient, would definitely recommend. Communication good, just did what he said, when he said and billed what he said. Couldn't ask for better.

We have a damp patch coming through the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen. We have replaced the shower sealant but this hasn't solved the problem - maybe we did a bad job of it, or maybe that wasn't the cause of the problem after all.

I would highly recommend Connor Williams as a trustworthy tradesman. Over the phone he gave me a clear explanation as to the possible causes of problem & action that might need to be taken. He gave me a rough estimate with a $50 range before actually visiting which was helpful as many companies refuse to quote until they have seen the problem. When Connor visited he was very friendly but professional and quickly got to work fixing my bath. He actually charged me at the bottom end of the original quote.

The service was excellent and very fast. You do pay VAT using this kind of outfit but for the speed and efficiency sometimes it's worth it. Would recommend.

I have a mega-flow system in my 1 bed flat, with 2 immersion switches - 1 economy 7 and the other for constant hot water. The system is all electric, ie. there is no gas. The economy 7 is working to an extent, although not enough, and the other switch is not doing anything to heat up the water. Lime-scale has been a problem in the past. There is also a chance that the washing machine is plumbed to the hot-water by mistake and therefore using up some of the generated hot water, therefore reducing the amount available to shower with. I need someone to check the washing machine is connected correctly to the cold water and also to look at the immersion switches and hot water elements in order to mend the problem.
