One of the shower heads in the bath appears to have a leak which has marked the ceiling in the room downstairs. The shower head is difficult to access as it is connected to the water supply behind some tiling round the bath. Therefore a tiles would need to be carefully removed, the leak repaired and the tiles put back.
We were very pleased with the work carried out. We asked for the quote last week and the work was carried out within a week. We will definately use Leviatan again for any plumbing or bathroom related work.

There is a leaking from my bathroom. When my dad took a shower in the bathroom in the first floor today, I could hear some water dripping into the ceiling of the living room on ground floor and later saw some water coming out from one of the spot light in the ceiling. In addition, I could see some part of the ceiling became visually damp. I would need someone to take a look at this problem and repair it ASAP please.
Owen is very very good at what he does. He showed up within 1 hr after getting in contact with me and managed to identify the problem very quickly. He is both very knowledgeable and professional in providing the solutions to our problems. In addition, he even fixed a number of other pending works that I wanted to do in our house. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and would definitely be happy to use him again in the future.

Minor shower leak is bringing water down into kitchen. Having switched off the water, I need the water to the shower isolating. A new bathroom will be installed soon and access to the pipework is straightforward, so it should just be a question of isolating two pipes. For work reasons, I need the work completing before lunchtime. Please call any time after seven in the morning.
Martin did a great job. Coming out at short-notice to fix an emergency, he carefully investigated the problem to find a solution that would cause the least damage to the bathroom and require the minimal remedial work. Working quickly and effectively, he resolved the problem brilliantly. Martin was polite, friendly, did extremely professional work and charged a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I need a replacement for our Ideal Response 80 gas combi boiler. We rent out the property so long maintenance free operation is priority. Please price for supply and install a new boiler. I'll need to rely on your advice as to which replacement boiler is the best. The kitchen needs to be left clean and tidy.
Charles put right boiler installation done by another installer. He had to dismantle the other plumber's work completely. The finished job was perfect - absolute chalk and cheese. We learned the hard way that we should always make sure to get somebody with good references. Charles is an excellent plumber and is extremely professional.

Pipe leaking ( slow leak) under he Bathroom Floor Board. Original installation 5years old by Dolphin Bathrooms. Suspect some joints might have become loose. Damp patches have appeared on the ceiling and they are expanding.

Hot water in one of the bathrooms suddenly stopped running (both tap and shower), but all other rooms are fine. It was working fine a couple of weeks ago and hasn't been used since then.

I have an air lock in my hot water system which is affecting the flow of hot water in the 1st floor bathroom taps and power shower. The taps would run for 5-10 secs before slowing to a trickle. If you leave the taps for a few minutes and try again the same thing will happen. The hot water tap in the kitchen on the ground floor is better though even there the flow can slow down. I have a system boiler with a hot water tank on the 1st floor and a cold water tank in the loft. I'd like to clear the air lock (I've tried a few times already but with only temporary success) and look at what can be done to avoid the same problem in the future.
Chris came round early morning and found the airlock between the citern tank and the hot water cylinder. He was very professional, his experience really showed and the cost of the work was very reasonable. Still have time to write this review and go into work! Will definitely be using him again.

Colin and James were extremely reliable and helpful, starting and finishing the work exactly on time. The quality of the work was very good, and having finished left the place relatively clean and tidy. On top of all that, they'd provided the cheapest quote of those we approached. I am about to buy a property and have a few issues which have been flagged on our Home Buyers survey that I would like a quote from a plumbing expert. The property is a mid-terraced, three story house with converted loft space and extended ground rear kitchen. Any advice and initial rough costs would be appreciated on the following issues: Foul water pipes: Foul water appears to be taken to the local authority mains sewer via a single plastic soil and vent pipe to the rear elevation. The vent pipe has been repaired using rubber collars. This is an inferior form of construction and we have been advised to get quotes to replace the rubber collars with properly form joints. Second floor bathroom We have been advised to employ the services of a qualified plumber, prior to exchange of contracts, to remove the panelling behind the WC in order to confirm the type and nature of the waste water connection and its adequacy. (The second floor bathroom is at the front of the house and the first floor bathroom at the back – so I believe there is concern as to the whereabouts of the waste pipe) Insulation: Within the roof space is a plastic cold water storage tank. This is inadequately insulated. In addition some of the pipework was also inadequately insulated. We would require a quote for the pipework to be adequately lagged.
