Old Vaillant GB 242EH not supplying hot water but heating working. Flow switch not operating when hot water tap turned on. Would like a repair and maybe full service to ensure it is working efficiently.
Was at my house fixing the boiler within an hour of posting the job. problem solved for a reasonable price. Would use again.

I would lik to get a second toilet fitted, So i need someone to make the connection from the main waste pipe to the new toilet. all fixtures can be provided. I would need someone to check the job so they can understand what is required. the waste pipe is cast iron and probably needs to be changed.

We have two jobs that needs doing, one s minor: 1) Our kitchen tap is dripping (not heavily) so I suspect something like the washer has gone. 2) We have a Aqualisa 900 exposed shower which is dripping (not heavily) as well and the last time it happened, the plumber replaced this with the washer. However, we would like a new exposed shower which is easy to fit and maintain should we need to replace parts but we are unsure what to get. If you can get this for us or recommened us from B&Q etc then we will buy this.
Sam was friendly, helpful and did a wonderful all-round job. He explained to u what was the problem and what he could do using the options on offer. We will definitely use him again to do other jobs in the future.

Office premises in South Woodford. We need to broken valve replacing and also possibly a new heating timer switch.

We either need the leak fixing or a total replacement of the pipe between our boundary with the public highway and our inside stop value (cellar, just front garden).The plumber needs to be competent to carry out the required work in accordance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
Tony and his son were responsive and offered a different solution to a common problem. Delivered as briefed and on budget. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

Bullcock or washer needs replacing to stop overflow leaking. Leaks only intermittently when water tank fills up when not in use.
Efficient and good service. Matched a competitor's price. Also tightened the taps on my sink as well as fixing my leak in my water tank.

Existing bath/sink/toilet replaced but remain in the same position. Walls need to be fully tiled, current floor has lino - would also like this to be tiled. Room is small - 6ft by 6ft. Ceiling ok just painted. Exisitng tiles around the bath need removing which will also remove the plasterboard which will need replacing. Make good around the sink and toilet once replaced. Replace exisiting electric shower with a new one. Replace radiator. Happy to buy all things you can see e.g. bathrooms suite, tiles, electric shower, radiator etc. But the plumbing bits including the tile cement and any plasterboard sheets etc should be quoted in the price. I would hope labour etc to be under £2000.
