top floor bathroom, need to install shower 800x800 tray and shower head/mixer, install toilet with concealed cistern and also sink. There is slight adjustment frm original positioning but essentially everything except the loo is replacing the old shower and sink.. the loo tho is being changed from a saniflow to a normal flush, there is some adjustment of the angle of the pipes to the external wall.
Guy's work is excellent with great attention to detail and everything is clean and tidy too. He is reliable and trustworthy. Guy is brilliant, I can 100% recommend him as I've used him for plumbing, painting, pointing and tiling.. just brilliant on all jobs!

The pipe which conects to the bath plug has come away, and I think before that the pipes have been leaking under the bath. We also need a kick board creating and attaching the bath, before it was MDF, and Tiling, which we have removed. Also the draining for both the bath and kitchen is not leaving correctly, we also need this fixing. Thank you Graham

I suspect the toilet cistern seal has perished and is definitely letting water through. Most days the cistern will not fill, as to much water is escaping. The previous owner built an enclosure for the cistern which makes physical access difficult. For example, the aperture is to shallow to allow the cistern to come out. The enclosure will need dismantling and disposing of. I believe the enclosure is made from MDF with tiles fixed to the face. Once the repair is complete this will need making good.
