I have just bought an ex-local authority flat which was previously repossessed. The bathroom, kitchen and small toilet all need replacing, including some plastering work and replacing old pipes. There is a 13 year old combi-boiler that may also need replacing, I'm not 100% sure. The kitchen may just need new doors and counters and tiling or may need complete re-fitting, depends on the cost difference. There are also a few small carpentry jobs and some wires that need chasing. Please give rough quotes for the separate jobs. More details available if you are interested.
The job that was supposed to take 3 took 5, he was still in my flat the day before I moved so the work was never completed and my flat was a building site when I moved. Some of the work he was at a very poor standard; hob had not been re-gas plumbed, quality of finish awful, new floor & counter top damaged, silicone seal in bathroom & kitchen everywhere, boiler pipes not reopened so boiler cut out. I held back £1000 I owed him to have the repairs finished and it is looking like it wont be enough.

I would like to get quotes for the replacement of: A Keston Kudos 28s gas boiler and Keston Spa Immersion heater tank, which are both unreliable and time expired. These are both located in a basement cupboard. Ideally, I would like to replace with an up to date, more efficient system as the current one lacks adequate capacity to consistently provide hot water for the times set on the timer.
Quote requested was never received. I would not recommend this company.

Our shower seems to have ceased providing hot water. The shower room is next to the kitchen and there is also something strange happening when we turn on the hot tap, it splutters and seems to build up pressure and explode. I think there is a blockage between the shower and the kitchen sink. The hot tap for the sink in the same bathroom provides hot water perfectly.....the shower used to provide hot water but just stopped a year ago....
Bogdan was lovely. He went out of his way to find me the parts I needed (which was a difficult task with an out-of-production shower) to fix my shower, also picking up on other plumbing issues which he resolved at no extra charge. I will definitely use him again : )

The WC is fully functioning but the cistern makes a terrible noise every time it's flushed (a kind of loud vibrating noise)
