We have a combi boiler (Potterton) and recently it has started making loud noises everytime we try and use hot water. Also, it keeps tripping the fuse, so there may be an electrical issue too. We'd love someone to pop round and see what can be done to fix it.
Double-r were very responsive and quick and did a good job. They also spoke and explained the problem in plain English, to help me consider my options. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The service we received fron greenserve was excellent throughout. Shaun outlined the job simply and was happy to answer questions when he came to assess the work necessay. He provided a detailed quote which was good value and his team quickly and efficiently organised a date for work. Elliot installed the boiler. He arrived on time both days, undertook the work very professionally and left the house clean and tidy. Shaun inspected the final work the next day at a time convenient to us. Very happy.

Slow-running kitchen sink drain has come to virtual standstill, washing machine unable to drain and combi boiler has stopped working. Has all suddenly happened at same time, boiler and washing machine are new and under warranty. Need to clear kitchen sink drain.
Alan was excellent, he came out on a Sunday at short notice and fixed the problem quickly and for a fair price, I really appreciated his help. I will definitely call Alan again the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Replace stopcock under kitchen sink as the existing one does not turn. Then remove old HIGH NECK PILLAR taps in order to fit a new DUAL FLOW MIXER. Haven't yet bought the new stopcock but do have a new MIXER.

Hi, I have a shower mixer set up in my bathroom but i cannot use it for two reasons. 1, the mixer is not mixing hot and cold so its either one or the other 2, when i mixtakenly use both together (that is turn hot and cold together) the hot water is pushed back and it overflows into the toilet causing a lot of damage. i have been told i need to install a shower pump. please advice if you can assist. Thanks, PS - i cant use electric shower as the hot water is already included in the rent and i dont want to heat up water again.

It is no longer providing sufficient temperature or pressure to our shower/bath, although temp and pressure are fine in radiators, kitchen and bathroom taps. Original : We are not getting sufficient pressure or heat to our shower or bath faucets. Boiler is about 10 years old - pressure and temp are fine in radiators, kitchen and bathroom sinks. Our actual budget is higher than stated.
