Budget Under £250

Job I need the copper condensate pipe work from my boiler to be replaced with plastic. I also require an FFD to be fitted to the gas hob on my dual fuel range cooker. I need the work to be carried out within the next two weeks, the sooner the better.

Job Bad smell from bathtub due to backflow when sink drains + slow drainage from bathtub. The plastic piping from the sink goes downhill towards the bathtub; I think this causes the poor drainage from the bath. Hopefully just need the levels of the pipes adjusted so that the flow is away from the bath.

Job I have a Biasi boiler which does both my central heating and hot water. (When we turn off the electricity to the flat it turns the boiler off, so not sure if it's powered by electricity or gas). It was installed in 2007. There is one major problem and another which would be a 'nice to have' repair: - Both hot water and central heating work fine, but when I turn off the central heating (using the thermostat), the hot water goes cold for an hour or so. I can coax the hot water back into life by repeatedly pressing the reset button, but would really like this sorted. - The computer screen is not displaying anything at all, but this is not critical as I turn the heating on with the thermostat in the hallway. I'm very wary of having an hourly rate that escalates very quickly, so if you could give an idea of an overall charge for the job I'd really appreciate it: one quote for just sorting out the cold water problem, and another quotation including the computer problem please. Budget Under £500

Job Updated : It is a walk-in shower cubicle fitted 2 1/2 years ago. There may be a problem with the tiling of the pipework, we are not sure. We would like to get this sorted ASAP so we would appreciate contact from any interested plumbers as soon as possible. Many thanks. Original : Shower is leaking when it is used, needs investigating properly and then repairing.
