Job 1. Hang a radiator & connect to flow & return pipes. 2. Drain heating system. 3. Connect new flow & return pipes (already in situ) to existing pipes. 4. Refill & test heating system. All of the pipes are in situ and there is access to connect the new pipes to the existing heating system.

Budget Under £250

Job Shower mixer tap. The mixer tap was a cheap one and has broken meaning there is no control of the temperature and voluem of water that comes out. Everything else regulates fien ut is just the shower. I need a new mixer tap and for it to be fitted.

Comment This was the first time I have used this service and found the whole experience superb! Had 4 calls from different plumbers within 12 hours, all of which were wanting to give a free quote. Spoke with Fabio from E L F, and he was very knowledgable and helpful. I have friends who are plumbers but nobody who was willing to travel over to my flay in Chingford for the price Fabio quoted. He even put up with my annoying tennant getting in his way all the time. Highly recommend anyone to use E L F, and i certainly will!! Neil Neil
