I have a problem with my toilet. It is functioning but for the past few months at certain times of the day you can hear the system attempting to fill up. I believe it is because of a faulty valve which needs replacing. There is also a small leak.

Richard and Patrick refurbished our shower-room, cloakroom & serviced our boiler. They were friendly & courteous, providing excellent suggestions to improve upon my original bathroom design, and reduce expenditure. Costs were transparent, reasonable and didn’t change, though it did take longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, but when the work was completed we could find no fault in the renovation. The completed work was of the highest standard one could hope for. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

Our integrated NEFF washing machine is not draining properly. I have put limescale cleaner through several times, but it still drains very slowly. It does not drain on its own in the usual cycle, it stops and beeps with some water retained. I turn the dial to off, then to drain and set it going. After a few times this does empty all the water. Note that the fluff tray is clean and empty. The pump does make a noise like it is straining to work. We do notice that the toilet near to the washing machine often smells of rotting vegetables after a wash. After putting the limescale cleaner through the wash the toilet smelled of these chemicals. However, we've had no issues with the toilet being blocked. I therefore think that the outlet pipe from the washing machine is blocked. We have only been using washing liquid at medium temperature since we moved into the house in August. We will be at home this Friday so ideally would get the work done then.
Edwin was a bit late as a result of traffic, but let me know so no real issues. He turned up and did the job quickly and effectively. Will use him again.

Hello there, I have a washing machine in my kitchen and every time I make a wash, used water coming out from the machine overflows and spills onto the floor so I am guessing some pipe might be blocked somewhere. This happens every single time so would be great if someone could help.

My (Worcester 9.24 Electronic) boiler was making some choking sounds before dying. It does not seem to light when the heating or hot water is turned on. I am unsure of the installation date (pre-owned) however has worked like a gem for the previous 18 months.
