There is a leak that is coming down a pipe situated in the cellar. There is also a leak in the front room, you can see a wet patch in the ceiling of the room. Job would suit a very experienced plumber.

Planning to renovate an ensuite bathroom however, if we run two showers at the same time air locks are formed and we need to overcome this issue before renovating bathroom. Currently, we have hot water cylinder (capacity 140l) which is fed from a cold water tank in the loft. Bolier provides heat (Worceter bosch condesing bolier). Both bathrooms are pumped by a Stuart Turner 3 bar twin monsoon pump. Need advice and quote on whether to install a megaflow or new vented cylinder (larger capacity 210l? ) with an accumulator tank. Need to do work asap - as we need to renovate bathroom before Feb.

Dear Sirs I currently in the process of buying a house in Bennerley Road in Battersea. I have just had the survey done and some damp has been found in one of the basement rooms. The surveyor has advised that someone come in and uses a cctv camera to see if the drains are broken and also to check if they can see if there is anything leaking / an obvious source of the dampness. However the property is a Victorian property and in all likelihood the drain pipes would be clay and so may be broken. Please could you provide me with a quote for this investigation work.
