Fix new tap to bathroom sink which constantly drips and doesn't fully turn off. Also when you turn on the bath tap it causes the sink tap to give off a load rattle noise.
We're really pleased with the work we had done and it was at a reasonable cost. Andrew even offered to come around to our house to offer us a free quote first, then we snapped him up on the spot. He was able to spot the problem quickly and had the equipment needed already in his van. We've added him to our contact list as we'll definatley use him again.

I had a new toilet installed last year by a plumber and after several visits, still hasn't rectified the issues. It is a brand new toilet from Bathstore and has a button flush with 2 buttons. Only 1 of the buttons has ever worked. Not only that it appears now that the toilet has not been fixed to the floor or wall at all. I would like to get the toilet flushing with both buttons and get it fixed to the floor. Furthermore, I have had a new kitchen installed but the kitchen hot water tap is slow. I already have a pump within the flat and would like to get the pump fixed to the tap (if this is the most suitable arrangement). The pump is located in a cupboard directly next to the sink so hopefully should be easy to connect.
Paul's quatlity of workmanship was very poor overall. Doors were hung the wrong way, paint was put everywhere other than where it was needed and damage was caused in the poor attempt to clean it. Not only that but damage was caused with a cigarette burn in a chair, broken items, damaged tiles, cracked windows and paint spills. He also disappeared for a week when I couldn't get hold of him and lost a set of keys. He was not capable of completing the job he was paid for. I would not recommend him to anyone.

i have an electric megaflo boiler which has no hot water when I turn on the hot water tap. there is an emergency or secondary switch which I can turn on and wait for it to heat up a limited amount of hot water. I've been told that I need a part to fix the main megaflo boiler so i have hot water whenever needed.
Anthony was very informative about what the issue was and how to fix it. Very prompt and friendly service! I would definitely recommend Plumbernine.

We own two flats at 14 Bridge Lane. The flat at first floor level has a broken elbow pipe between the external outflow pipe from the kitchen sink and washing machine and the main SWP. It is about 12 foot up but access is via the ground floor flat or the half landing to the first floor. There is also a potential overflow from the WC on the 2nd floor of the same flat (1st and 2nd Floors). Provided you have the right ladders this job can be fixed quite quickly.

The timer system which has been installed does not work properly. When we use the advance switch for the hot water the heating comes on too. The timers in the airing cupboard do not correspond to the timer on the wall in the kitchen. Water not heating up properly in tank - does enough for one shower only in the morning. Pilot light in boiler also keeps blowing out from draft outside. A plumber came at Christmas and made a right botch job of everything and now everything is working out of sync. HELP!!

Our shower is really difficult to turn off. We think there is a problem with a valve because even though hot water out of the bath or sink tap stays hot for ages, the shower gets cold very quickly. Someone had a go at fixing it by just putting some grease on so that it was easier to turn off but that didn't last long. Think it might need a new part..?

I need a replacement water tank (hot and poss cold tanks). Mine collapsed at the weekend (is about 20 years old, is surrounded by wooden casing which is rotten now). I live in a flat in a large mansion block in Battersea Square in London. Need someone asap as have no water at the moment as the water has been turned off.
