Think there is a leak from the bath, possibly from the overflow. We think this is wetting the floor under the tiles as water is squelching from the grout on some of the floor tiles when you stand on them.
Great communication from the initial quote to the finishing of the job. Lee was very proffetional, honest and reliable. We recommend for your plumbing needs.

Under my kitchen sink there is a hot water outlet with an on/off valve on it - this isn't used, but it is slowly leaking. I would like this replaced with a stop cap as the hot water outlet isn't needed, and I guess this is more reliable than a valve which may leak again in the future? Work should be a quick job and needs to be done today or tomorrow at the latest.
Julie fixed a leak under my sink quickly and efficiently, will be using again.

3 recently refurbished properties require unvented electric hot water cylinders installed. Must comply with British safety standards and UK building regulations. Job needs doing ASAP. Plumber must be qualified to do the job.
No complaints. Sorted a problem out that building control had condemned and 4 other plumbers wouldn't touch. Turned up on time. Priced fairly and work carried out to a fantastic standard. Regularisation certificate received. :)

There is no water coming out of the hot water tap in the kitchen. The hot water works everywhere else in the flat., so need someone to come and fix it.
Julia rang 20 minutes after she was suppose to arrive, I managed to pursuade her to still come round. I still have no constant hot water coming out of my hot water tap in the kitchen :(

I'm looking for someone to come and take a look at the toilet in our bathroom. It is one of those toilets where the cistern part is built into the wall and access is via a panel behind the flush.
The problem is that the toilet constantly runs and recently water has started coming out of the bottom part of the toilet. It is as if the cistern is over filling and it's trickling down the wall and out of the bottom.
When I take off the flush mechanism fronting it reveals some instructions which I do not really understand, but I'm sure that someone with some experience of these types of toilets would.
As an interim solution I have found a part that I can tighten so that it shuts off water to the toilet all together, but of course this means that I need to loosen it and let the cistern fill each time I want to flush, before tightening it again.
I don't think it is a big job, but just need someone with experience of these built-in toilets to come and take a look.

The pressure in our shower has been very low in the last 4 weeks. We tried to dismantle the mixer tap and clean the filters (which were dirty), but the problem hasn't resolved.

Removal of working existing electrically heated (economy 7) water tank with header attached to it which was installed in about 1990. Replacement in same location with same size (250 litre ?) unvented cylinder. 2 bed 2 bath city centre flat with easy access, lift and free parking. ASAP as renovating flat now. Good access to tank as all in an accessible cupboard in the flat.

This can go on for up to ten minutes at a time.
It is a closed unit.
I have opened the unit and can see the arm / lever connected to the flushing handle on the outside is not responding correctly.
