Bathroom installation in City Centre
"Extremely poor quality. Got the old bathroom out ok but the rest of the job was completely beyond them. I just wish they'd of been honest. Finish was very poor quality, particularly the tiling that has mostly had to be replaced. And as for the fitting, I've had problems with all of it. The shower wasn't sealed adequately and floods each day, the toilet cistern (a sealed unit!) has leaked, and the basins were not set correctly and have leaked also. So most of the job has been redone by people who know what they're doing. Also smashed a light, left the place a mess, and I consider it a real misfortune to have met them. Lesson learned"

"The plumber came a first time and tried fixing the problem by resetting the thermostats. He did not charge anything for the initial visit. We called him out again as the problem reoccurred and this time he ordered the parts he deduced we needed. He fixed the problem for what I believe was a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service and will use again."
