Job Gas Safe registered - with reviews only please. 1997 Worcester Bosch 350 Combi. 4 bedroom house, 13 radiators. Since bleeding radiators recently, pressure has dropped to zero overnight on 3 occasions. Hence SERVICE + radiator care or other fix (as required). Additionally, possibly one radiator replacement. Additional quote for Open flame Gas fire SERVICE Initial visit/call probably evening/weekend

Job Boiler Replacement Average sized three bedroom, one bathroom detached property with a gravity fed heating and hot water system servicing eight radiators and a hot water tank. Owner wishes to change system from a gravity fed to a pressurised system with new condensing combi-boiler. Hot water tank is situated in the loft of the property. The boiler is situated on the ground floor kitchen area. New boiler to be sited in the same location as old boiler.

Job Remove existing radiator size about 500mm / 500mm. Then fit a new ladder radiator size 1000mm / 450mm on a adjacent wall please.

Job I know I have a small leak, I suspect from the central heating system. It's in a very small and awkward space with difficult access. If you can find, access and fix the leak, I'd be very, very happy !

Budget Under £2,000

Job Hi, I would like someone to call ASAP and assess our broken down boiler (Ideal h301, 8 years old). We have had the insurance people out and they feel its beyond economical repair. I would appreciate someone calling asap as we have been without hot water & heating for 2wks. We understand we potentially need a new boiler, so would like someone to call with a view to repairing or giving us a quote to replace it. Thanks
