suspect a leak in the pipe connected to bath underneath the floorboards located in upstairs toilet which is leaking water into kitchen downstairs. Would appreciate a visit between 11:30 and 1:30pm Monday to Saturday.
Did part of job and failed to turn up afterwards on several occasions and no courtesy call to say not coming despite numerous chasers. Poor quality of work as pipe was still leaking even after a new one was fitted. Totally unreliable and irresponsible tradesman. Wouldn't give any stars at all if system allows. NEVER USE AGAIN!!

my taps are not working correctly and have become difficult to turn off. They are also producing some kind of black material The one in the kitchen is a mixer tap and the bathroom ones are just individual on the sink and bathroom
