Worcester combi boiler - Hot water only working when central heating switched on. Looks like diverting valve needs replacing.
Roy was quick to respond to advert and once booked arrived on time. The required parts to fix the problem were not available and so Roy returned once the parts had arrived from suppliers. Job was then completed without any problems. Roy was polite and professional at all time. Great value for money - fixed price for all work carried out plus parts. Total cost of work was half the price of two other quotes I received. Highly Recommend!

I need a dishwasher plumbing in a distance from the water pipes already in place, tried extended length hose, not long enough: Also, no electrical points so also need an electrician to put in an electrical point
Adam has just finished plumbing in my dishwasher, after first instaling an electric socket - I wanted it placing in an area of my kitchen far from the water supply and electric sockets, so it was not a straight forward job. He also fixed a leak in my kitchen sink unit caused by substandard work by the original plumber. He worked very quickly, stopping only to update me and check I was happy with what he was doing. He left my kitchen tidy when he finished. Very satisfied, will use Adam again.

When I flush my toilet there is a loud vibrating noise coming from the cistern when the tank is getting refilled. The toilet flushes and the tank gets refilled fine. On close inspection it seems to be coming from a little valve (ballock valve) when it's not pushed in by the floating mechanism. The system is the flushing handle type.
Very reliable service, and very informative. Would definitely use again.

A bathroom sink is blocked and has overflowed, it should just be a case of unblocking the sink. Also to fit 2 time delay taps (like the ones with the button that turns the tap off after 10 seconds or so). NEEDED IMEDIATELY PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!

the hot water is not there and the gas engineer came around and told me that the hot and cold water pipes are other way around. The heating is working fine its the hot water which is a problem
