Comment the plumber was good, efficient, clean, tidy and gave us some advice. the tiler did an ok job, i had higher expectations. did phone to discuss their standard of work, but no further action was offered and nothing further happened. i thought the tiler was patronising and slightly intrusive. i would happily recommend the plumber steve

Budget Under £100

Job I've got 3 central heating pipes that are weeping a little near the radiators (so probably needs the system draining to fix?). Also I have a roomstat that needs connecting up to a bosch greenstar he boiler.

Comment Well, Tom was going to be 5 minutes late - so he called to let me know. He had to come back the next day - on a Weekend- and came back first thing in the morning. OK the job didn't go exactly to plan (turns out we've got weird 8mm pipes feeding our radiators) but he kept his cool, kept on smiling and after popping off to get some parts and having to phone manufacturers lots of times - he got the job done. Good bloke, friendly, diligent and persistent - I'd happily (and will!) use him again. rich

Budget Under £500

Job Need a plumber who is available Wednesday onwards this week to fit like for like bath and sink and also mains pressure operated shower. Would be handy if you can fit plaster board and skim too??

Comment Peter responded to request very quickly with a fair price. We knew straight away by the way he refered to the job that he was a very experienced plumber. Had a very tricky shower to fit but did an excellent job. Bath, sink and kitchen sink all fitted very much to our satisfaction. All work was carried out to a very high standard, on time and to the price he quoted. We would definately recommend him. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thankyou very much Janine

Job The shower keeps leaking through the kitchen ceiling, the tiles in the bathroom have also moved and the grout keeps breaking off, the seal in the shower moves when someone steps into the shower tray.

Comment Oaktree Services have done an amazing job on my bathroom, I am so happy with the work that they have done, 5 stars is not enough for them.The response to the job that was posted was almost instant, they came and quoted the job within a couple of hours of contacting me, they were polite, professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why. They started when they said they would and completed the job within the stated time frame. They cleaned up every evening, you wouldn't have known they had been there. This is a first class building service, I would recommend them to anyone who was considering any building work. They even told me when it was raining so my washing didn't get wet. Spot on. Job Water seeping out of laminate floor in bathroom not sure where it's coming from. Small bathroom in a flat.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Plumb central heating towel radiator. Replace basin taps. If possible, also tile a small area of wall and afix shower slider rail and shower bath screen.
