"Problem was fixed after first visit but another one resulted from it. However, PD Plumbing came round a second time to fix this, at no extra cost. Happy with the service overall, but would've liked to be informed about the higher cost (£40 quoted, £70 charged, due to cistern being fixed/glued to wall which had to be removed) before the job was completed, i.e., with an estimate of the final actual cost when the unexpected problem was noticed and question as to whether they should proceed.
