Providing a new smooth surface required a drying off period. This meant that the job would be completed expertly on the following day. "There was a slight misunderstanding about what the job was. I phoned them straight away and was told they would be back later that day. I waited in all day and cancelled an important appointment only for them to 'forget' Offered to come the next day which wasn't suitable as I couldn't take the day off. Then said he would try and fit it in one evenenig. I'm still waiting for the call 1 week later. In all I was charged £40 for drilling a hole and attaching a cold feed pipe to the already existing hot tap. What I actually wanted was a new cold tap fitting so that my dishwasher could be connected."
