Budget Under £100

Job 2 jobs, 1st i have a leak from one of the pipes under the bath and 2nd the toilet cistern inside i think a seal has worn away as the water is flowing and when you turn the cold water from any taps it makes a noise until you flush the toilet.

Job Repair/replace rising main feed to toilet cistern which has small leaks on the pipe fittings after the isolation valve. Job is at my parent's house in Southport.
