very prompt and efficient- polite - appearance was clean and communication excellent over a difficult job. Had to source parts and return to fit - He kept us fully informed and explained diagnostic problems - e-mailed us with cost to include second visit as he had to return the next day to fit new part. will definatly phone him again for any work we need doing. highly reccomended

Poor workmanship, would never recomend heading for the solicitors as I write. We had to recall on more than 10 occasions, currently still have a leak behind the vanity unit, underfloor heating that has never worked, toilet that is leaking and is not secured correctly uneven tiles and some with holes have appeared in due to poor application IE dot and dab approach, grouting that is missing and falling out. Will keep you posted on the outcomes.Hoping rated people will contact me urgently to assist

Repair of cold water feed pipe serving toilet/bathroom sanitary ware. Suspect damaged pipe (fitting) has resulted in escape of water part flooding downstairs utility room.{o[e located at rear of toilet unit.Main incoming cold water supply valve locked-off. Insurance provider advised that damaged pipe must be repaired before proceeding with claim! Escape of water occured 7pm on Tuesday 4th September. Help!!

water is leaking from pipe leading into cictern. The little pipe is located under the cictern (flush side). I have turned off the water mains for now.
I would recommend this plumber to anyone! He was great, the job was done quickly and proffessionally. The quote was brilliant and he was a lovely guy. If I have any further plumbing issues, I know where I'll be heading.

My Victorian Toilet outlet liner has perished and as it is an upstairs bathroom some residue has come through to the room below... The toilet has victorian fittings and was installed in 1902. The led pipe cannot be fixed from the outside due to the amount of work this would involve so, I want a New Toilet (Low Level) put in situ and the led outlet pipe would need a new liner... I am insured with British Gas and an engineer called today but I am in a hurry for this work to be completed and I would have to pay Dyno Rod for installing a new toilet anyway and this could be quite expensive...so I would like a quote asap... As a few floor tiles would need to be removed to fit new toilet, I would also need someone to fit some new tiles back to the way it looks now.... I would like this all completed quickly as you can imagine not being able to use bathroom toilet is a nightmare...Thank you I look forward to a response..
