Job Hi Our shower does not generate and hot water. Only cold water comes out of the hose. It seems to be linked to some form of pump in the airing cupboard. The shower is in the bedroom en-suite.

Budget Under £250

Job Toilet is running water constantly so have had to turn pressure down to stop this. Also there is a smell of sewage in the summer months. Washing machine is making load noises during spin cycle and tries to move across the floor!

Budget I'm not sure

Job Overflow pipe from water tank in attic dripping over front steps. Am concerned the water will freeze in frosty weather. Have contacted two plumbers and been ignored.
