Blocked Drain. I have tried bleach as well as 'One Shot' acid - which has not worked. I have opened up some of the pipes myself to see if I can spot any blockage but I have not been able to. I will need someone to be able to come over during the morning or latest early afternoon on 30th Aug (Thursday). I am based on Boston Manor Road in Brentford. Many thanks.

I have an utility room adjacent to the kitchen with no direct water supply as far as I can tell. However, the washing machine was installed there with water coming through two hoses through an opening in the kitchen wall. I need someone to see if same can be done for the dishwasher.
Very good job and fair price. However, the tradesman failed to turn up the day he was supposed to the first time due to overlapping commitments.

Edwin tried to help us but there was basically nothing he could do (without us installing a pump and spending quite a lot) and we still had to pay £45 for his time but c'est la vie.

Tom did a really good job. He gave a sensible quote, knew what he was talking about and was very helpful when I needed guidance to buy my boiler. He completed the job in a day and a half, was on time and although a tad messy was easy to have around the house. I would definitely recommend him.

I have manged to break both the bits that sit 'above the water' and the piece that goes into the plastic bit in the water.
Needed it done and it was done nice and quick. Not the cheapest but then they do include some spurious insurances and a guarantee of the work. Would use again but probably more cost effective for bigger jobs than mine.

I have a B&Q bath with combined shower which runs off the bath mixer taps. The hot water runs hot on its own but when cold water is added the hot water goes cold. I have had the boiler checked and this doesnt happen with any of the other mixer taps!
Neil arrived on time, was friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and he explained all that was needed to be done. I wouldnt hesitate to use Neil for any future jobs.

Repair one wall where heat from hot water pipe has cracked plaster and pushed out tiles and then re-tile. Also maybe looking to re-tile floor but want to discuss.
We found Peter and his team to be excellant .... the work performed was first rate and they were happy to change anything we weren't 100% happy with. They also completed the work within the specified time and were very reliable. All in all a great job !!

fix and/or replace exit pipe from shower unit. It is causing leakage through the unit down into the kitchen through the wall/ceiling.
Darren was brilliant. He turned up when he said he would, quoted and did the job to a really high spec. We hope to have him back for more work soon.

replace ball valve and fix leaking wc inlet pipe
nigel phoned to say he would be slightly delayed. He duly arrived at the time he said he would. The job proved to be difficult and he encountered several problems which he took on board and finished the job, He was very helpful and didn't complain as the job took much longer than expected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful tradesman.

Two things: Either a second drainage outlet for a dishwasher (the current one being used by washing machine), or a combination device to send the two down the one hole (I can't find anything online, and not sure if this is "allowed"). There's also the outlet that has the valve to stop sewage gases coming up, but I assumed that's not meant to be used. I don't know, I'm not a plumber. Second, fitting a bathroom radiator, replacing the one that's there, pretty much like for like, water heated, not electric. I haven't bought one yet, so would appreciate someone telling me if they come in standard widths and I can just buy one, or do I need to check precise measurements?

My two year old Worcester Bosch (eco 24i, I think) boiler has stopped working. There is no error message on the display, just the sound of the flame trying to come on, and then going back off again (so a small amount of hot water comes out of the tap then goes back to cold). It tries several times and then the reset button illuminates. The installers will come out with no call-out and £65 for the first half hour (presumably fixing it or finding out what needs to be done and coming back later). They can't give a very quick appointment, so looking to see if someone can check it out for less.
