Leaky toilet, water continuously flows through the system and into the bowl, and when flushes leaks from the side of the cistern (clean water side) as it meets with bowl.

The toilet tank does not fill up when flushed. Not sure why this is happening?
Our tank was not filling up and Josh was able to get the water flowing again. He also adjusted the leaver to flush the loo - which was too low. Still somewhat noisy after flush but works. Then again our cistern etc is very old! Would recommend for minor jobs. Came quickly and very courteous.

Brackets for two radiators need to be fittedl and for radiators to be put back on the wall. Elbow joints will be needed.

There is a leak from an overflow pipe, I think from the toilet, onto my flat roof, also a pipe from the toilet to the pipe to outside is dripping, think it only needs to be tightened but as its plastic not sure I want to do it in case I break it!
There should be a sliding scale of charge for jobs that only take less than half an hour as in my case. £65 seems a lot for a very small job that I could have done myself if I had the right tools

I have water dripping through my kitchen ceiling but do not know where it is coming from. There does not appear to be any water damage abywhere else that I can see. Possibly coming through the roof of the extension? Not a pumber so just a wild guess!
Did a lovely job and I am now less stressed than I was with water dripping through my ceiling! As a student made it clear up front about how much I could pay for the job and Pete was very happy to accommodate me, spent longer than the time he charged for! Would highly recommend to others and use again for any other jobs I might need.

I have no water coming into the cold water tank in the loft and the tank would appear to be empty as the cistern in the bathroom is not filling up
Paul arrived on time and was able to commence the work after assessing what needed to be done and sorting out the supplies required. Paul was not put off by my very limited budget (am a full time student) and the price was well within what he had quoted. Paul also gave me advice on what I might like to get done before next winter. Would highly recommend Paul for work and will recommend to anyone who asks me if they know a reliable person to undertake work.
