Vaillant Turbomax Pro 28E. Had it serviced two months ago and it is still playing up. No hot water or CH working. Flashing lights keep coming up despite resetting. It had been playing up for a while. Also had the system cleaned and inhibitor put into the system but still no luck.
Very knowledgable and kept me updated throughout the process. Very accomodating to my work schedule too. good all round and very professional.

I have a bathtub with chip in it. I would like a plumber to come round and give me a quote for the cost of taking out the old bath, and plumbing in a new tub.

Old system - more than 10 years old. Not a combi system. Hasn't been serviced in 7 years.
If Carlsberg made a Plumbing Service, it would be PFL. Punctual, polite, clean-working and efficient. I posted my job and within two days, Shad had been out to see the problem, at no cost, provided me with an electronic quote detailing all the works needed, patiently answered all my annoying questions and then turned up on Boxing Day and did the business. A great service at a reasonable price, I will be using them in the future.

Chris quickly responded to my request and attended at a suitabley arranged time. Small job of replacing Ball valve, completed without any fuss, polite and reliable. I would contact Chris again if I experience future plumbing problems.

The Surveyor advised to get a plumber to identify if there is a metal pipe in the wall , perhaps a capped off old lead pipe that is leaking into the wall. I need a brief survey of the wall with a device to identify metal pipe and written report.

Cold water tank in the loft is too full. Water overflows constantly via the overflow pipe but it needs new 'float' to replace the old. Do let me have a quote and let me know if you can do it next week.
