Faulty mixer tap valve on bath tap - I do not know the precise size of the valve required
Very pleased with service; although a defective valve could not be easily replaced he was able to replace tap tops with used ones that he had available saving the expense of replacing the whole mixer unit which would have been difficult given that the bath is tiled in.

I have a boiler fitted in a commercial warehouse which has two pipes which seemed to have had an external leak at some point. The two pipes have limescale and furring all around. I have a picture which I could email for you to see.
Gas Safety Registered which is necessary. Called promptly when the ad was placed, visited site to check on what was required and provided a good quote. Ordered parts and returned the following day. Very efficient shall call again if required. Would recommend.

I have some minor plumbing issues, i.e. I need bathroom sink taps replacing (I have the new taps). I need a kitchen sink mixer tap replacing (I have the new mixer tap). I need a faulty bathroom toilet flush replacing and a leaky radiator looked at.
Vic did a fantastic job, very polite, felt like a friend by the time he left us. He fixed new taps, sorted a dodgy toilet flush and made cold, cold radiators hot again. He is a true gent and great value for money too. I can't rate him highly enough, why can't we have more tradesmen like Vic ??. He even phoned the next day to see if everything was OK. Ten out of 10 for Otter's plumbing.

The water does not drain properly from my kitchen sink. Also the water from waste pipe on my washing machine keeps spilling out on the floor. I cleared lots of the pipes myself but I suspect there is some more clearing to be done further down the pipe. I do not have a proper tool to unscrew the pipe which is under my sink cupboard and it probably needs unblocker pipe as well. Many thanks.
